Welcome to Have Mat | Will Travel. Please take a few minutes to browse my website. I believe you will enjoy exploring my mission, offerings, and links to some wonderful people in the healing arts. I am a small business focused on you, the student. I hope you take interest in one of my offerings and book a practice with me from the BOOKING tab above. I truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

Me in a a soundbite? I am a retired supply chain professional in the healthcare industry and now offer yoga, meditation, and vibroacoustic sound therapy to promote health and wellness to the Oak Cliff community in Dallas. I am a registered yoga teacher and certified meditation teacher offering my skills in the healing arts.

I began practicing yoga in 2009 as a compliment to my gym workouts by increasing flexibility and improving muscle tone. I eventually left the gym, joined a yoga studio, and soon developed a daily yoga practice to build strength, gain stamina, and improve flexibility. In 2012, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program and began teaching weekly yoga practices at several yoga studios in the D/FW Metroplex. Looking to enhance my practice and grow as a student, I completed a 300-hour meditation teacher training program in Spring of 2018. I continue to learn and grow as a student through a mentorship in sound and shamanic healing.

Today, I am growing my business by helping people through the most convenient and affordable fashion possible. Inspiration for my yoga and meditation studies comes through reading and networking with other healers and practitioners. I am guided by nature, ritual and a passion for helping others discover and resonate their own unique frequency. Come practice with me!

Spending the afternoon mediating with Todd was the relaxing break I needed. I was  able to completely let go, clear my mind, and release thoughts. The singing bowls Todd played in the background gave me the opportunity to focus my attention, and softly drift from a busy mind. The acoustic chair and sound played created a full sensory experience. I was able to let go of mental processing and just be. I’m so grateful for the time, and I’m looking forward to another!
