For the beginner to intermediate practitioner, Neighborhood Yoga partners with home and business owners who host a weekly practice in their unique space throughout Oak Cliff neighborhoods. Our yoga practice begins with 15-20 minutes of mindful meditation followed by light stretching and 30-40 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga postures to build strengh, stamina, and heart health. Meditation practices typically consist of 15-20 minutes of stretching followed by 30-40 minutes of mindful meditation. An in-home meditation studio offering guided meditations to the Oak Cliff community for those seeking to alleviate stress, enhance concentration, and improve productivity. Weekdays 9:30pm - Virtual Offering

 

A 30-minute meditation offered weeknights at bedtime to help busy professionals drift off to sleep. This practice is provided through a virtual platform and designed to help the practitioner fall asleep, sleep soundly throughout the night, and wake feeling refreshed and rested. A Sensory and Energy Practice Exclusively for Men

 

A deep sensory meditation designed to activate the senses and align the chakra energy centers throughout the body. Tantra is a practice that combines breath, meditation, and stimulation of the five senses to assist the Chakra energy system within the body to open. This opening allows dormant energy, known as Kundalini to move up from the pelvis, along the spine. The movement of this life-force energy can help you to heal by loosening constrictions within the body that have developed over a lifetime. Vibroacoustic therapy is a powerful modality that uses sound to produce vibrations that are applied directly to the body to help you relax and allow healing to take place. During the vibroacoustic therapy process, a client lies on the specially designed table or sits in a recliner that is embedded with transducers which transmit sound into vibrations that travel through the body in a soothing, healing motion that we liken to an "internal massage."
