Practicing in an Oak Cliff Neighborhood Near You
For the beginner to intermediate practitioner, Neighborhood Yoga partners with home and business owners who host a weekly practice in their unique space throughout Oak Cliff neighborhoods. Our yoga practice begins with 15-20 minutes of mindful meditation followed by light stretching and 30-40 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga postures to build strengh, stamina, and heart health. Meditation practices typically consist of 15-20 minutes of stretching followed by 30-40 minutes of mindful meditation.
